  • cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5-oz
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 5 Tbsp butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped chicken and mix until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish in an even layer.
  • In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the buttery cracker topping evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. To make this gluten-free, substitute crackers with gluten-free options and use gluten-free cream soup. Can be frozen before baking and cooked later.
