  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas wrap size
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 1 whole avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Fritos crushed

  • In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until it’s all well combined.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Make sure you’ve got enough room to work.
  • Spread a generous spoonful of the sour cream mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Layer each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded chicken. Top with crushed Fritos.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Wrap leftovers tightly with plastic or foil, store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in a skillet to maintain crunch.
