  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  • Brush the chicken with melted butter or olive oil.
  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftover chicken can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for later use. Great for salads, wraps, or meal prepping ahead.
